Carlie is dedicated to the process of guiding clients through their unique journeys of self-exploration and healing. With a deep understanding of how our past experiences shape who we are today, she believes that our stories hold invaluable wisdom that can help provide the way forward. With her warm and caring presence, Carlie fosters a safe and non-judgmental space that invites clients to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves.

Carlie holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence University College. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and is currently working towards her Developmental Model certification at the Couples Institute.
